What else affects your sense of safety and vulnerability? How might you change the way you interact with others as you move through your community to create a greater sense of safety for everyone? This conversation is a chance to reflect on our personal roles in creating greater safety for all as we move through our communities.

Facilitator LeeAnn O’Neill is a founding partner of Allyship in Action, a collaborative of equity and social justice consultants based in Central Oregon, and the board president of Bend Bikes, a grassroots advocacy organization dedicated to the safety of people who ride bikes. LeeAnn is a queer Asian American woman who has relied on moving through her communities primarily by walking, biking, and taking public transit and only recently by driving.
